At McGowan’s CBD Store Ltd., we aim to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our customers. Please read the following shipping details carefully:

Processing Times

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) will be processed and dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.

• We do not dispatch orders on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays.

Delivery Times

We use Royal Mail for shipping, and delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from the dispatch date. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service demands.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 7 working days of the dispatch date, please contact us at kylemcgowancbd@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the UK unless the laws are different in the country you buy from. 

Collection Service

Customers can collect their orders from us by prior arrangement. Collections are available Monday to Thursday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
